How to open a banana
Do you ever have a hard time opening a banana that is not quite ripe? You pull back on the stem and it just doesn’t open and instead turns the top of the banana into mush? Did you know this never happens to a monkey or ape?
How to open a banana – like a monkey!
In the wild, monkeys and apes open the banana from the ‘bottom’ end.
Just turn the banana upside down, use your thumb to just pull off the peel. Simple as that! No finger nails required, no mushy banana, no aggravation.
If it’s good enough for a monkey – it’s good enough for me! Try it the next time you eat a banana.
Dang – I hate monkeys are smarter than me! Can start buying almost green bananas again.
