Beer Battered Fried Pickles

When I was figuring out what to make for Beerfest, I knew I wanted to try Beer Battered Fried Pickles. I had never made them before and they are always a big hit when people order them for an appetizer at a restaurant. I made a combination of kosher dill spears and spicy pickles that I sliced into bite sized pieces. I served them both with ranch dressing. Delicious!
