McNack’s Throwback Thursday – Bacon Wrapped Chicken
We always see people with Throwback Thursday Facebook posts and we thought we might do one of those every now and again. So for this Throwback Thursday, we thought we’d share with you one of our top recipes – Bacon Wrapped Chicken! The beauty of this is that it is actually two recipes in one. The first bacon wrapped chicken thigh is a pineapple chicken. The second is a jalapeno popper chicken. They are marinated the same, wrapped the same, cooked the same but stuffed differently but oh so good!!
Both of these chicken recipes are DELICIOUS! With a spicy and a sweet version, you are sure to please all the bacon wrapped lovers in your house.
