I had some Costco chicken breasts I had defrosted the other day and I was trying to figure out what to make with them that would be quick and easy. Anyone who has bought Costco chicken breasts knows they are quite large and thick (which translates to: hard to cook evenly). I decided to cut them into small pieces and make kabobs.
All I did was sprinkle a little bit of garlic salt on the chicken pieces, followed by some lemon pepper. I mixed them up and then threaded the kabobs. It only took about 6 minutes per side on the grill on medium-high heat to cook them. We all thought they were fabulous!
