When you serve a cheese tray at a party, you should take the cheeses out about 30 minutes before serving them to your guests. Don’t believe me? Try this:
Take a specialty cheese out of the fridge and taste it immediately. Let it sit there 30 minutes and taste it again. Notice a difference? I’d be shocked if you commented that it tasted better very cold instead of room temp. Try it and let us know what you think!
Note: The cheese should remain wrapped so it doesn’t dry out.
