Easy Meals

School is back in for a lot of our kids. Translation: Time to balance work, carpools, household chores, homework help, and after school activities while still being able to put a healthy meal on  the table for the family several nights a week. Here are some easy meals that can make your life a little easier!! Most everything has little prep time and you can put the meal on the table in about an hour from start to finish! You can even put leftovers in lunches the next day!

Spicy Roasted Chicken, Garlic Green  BeansSyrian Rice, Sensation Salad

Pan Seared Tilapia, Parsley Spaghetti, Balsamic Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Grilled Filet Mignon, Roasted Potatoes with Dijon Mustard, Sauteed Zucchini Ribbons, Arugula Salad with Parmesan

Grilled Pork Chops with Brown Sugar Glaze, Grilled Peaches, Roasted Asparagus and Tomatoes with Parmesan 

Oven Fried Ranch Chicken, Sauteed Collard Greens, Oven Crispy French Fries with Paprika-Parmesan Salt
