Sliders of any kind are always a hit at any party. It’s also a great way to use leftover meats like pork tenderloin or beef tenderloin. They are super easy to put together for a party by following a few very easy steps. Here is how we prepare pork sliders.
First, you need the protein, in this case, it is amazing pork tenderloin to make the pork sliders. Here is our pork tenderloin recipe. After it rests, slice it into 1/4 – 1/2 inch thick slices. I arrange the pork slices on a platter next to a basket of already cut dinner rolls (not sandwich buns). I also have a choice of spicy mustard, honey mustard and a horseradish sauce for condiments. Serve warm or room temperature!
You can also have toppings such as cheese, pickled onions, sliced tomatoes, lettuce, banana peppers and so much more.
Guests can prepare their sliders however they want and hands on prep time was minimal!
This one was with beef tenderloin, horseradish sauce and pickled onions – deelish!!
