Pork Sliders

I have written posts before about making pork sliders, but I’m not sure I ever really mentioned exactly HOW I made them. It’s really very simple. I make Melissa’s How to Impress Your Man Pork Tenderloin exactly how she recommends. After it rests, I slice it into 1/4 – 1/2 inch thick slices. I arrange the pork slices on a platter next to a basket of already cut dinner rolls (not sandwich buns). I also have a choice of spicy mustard, honey mustard and a horseradish sauce for condiments. Serve warm or room temperature!
